We shall comply with all laws and ordinances, and relevant regulations pertaining to the protection of private information.
*Private information is any information which we collect from clients for the intended business purpose. - Utilization of Private Information
Any private information provided by clients shall only be used for the intended purpose and managed in the appropriate manner.
The telephone, FAX, E-mail, postal mail or parcel delivery service may be used as a means of communication when contacting clients. - Disclosure to Third Parties
Without prior consent, private information on clients shall not be disclosed to any third party.
However, if an organization entitled to authorize disclosure, such as a court, the police, consumer information center, etc., request legally disclosure, the information will be accordingly disclosed. - Security
To protect private information from loss, breakage, falsification, leakage, illegal access, viruses, etc., appropriate measures will be taken with regard to information security.
